Books are a collection of related web pages. One of the aims of the website is to collect different policy and procedures into an area called Best Practice. This would then become a resource that is freely available for organisations, governments and individuals to use as:

• a basis for new policy and procedure;
• a comparison with current policy and procedures;
• an understanding of what is happening in other parts of the world.

This project will only work with the support of organisations and individuals around the world who can put forward their policies and procedures for feedback and suggestions.The other items that can be listed are research that authors wish to share. To have an item added you can either do it your self (the site administrators will moderate content) or send it to Simon Cooper for up load.The current books are:
